Firdaus Nugroho
A professional with cross-sector experience in public-sector audit, corporate audit, accounting advisory, taxation, business strategy, and risk management. He began his career as an auditor at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI), then continued at RSM Public Accounting Firm and PT RSM Indonesia Konsultan, with engagements covering state-owned enterprise audits, corporate long-term plans, accounting policies, PSAK assessments, financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and ERP implementation planning.

Abdul Ghofur
A tax professional with extensive experience at the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He served for approximately 14 years within the Directorate General of Taxes, including assignments at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin and the Foreign Investment Tax Office in Jakarta. After completing his tenure at the Ministry of Finance, he became actively involved in developing PajakInd as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer in the tax and accounting technology space.

M. Arif Rohman
A professional in taxation, audit, risk management, and governance with more than 15 years of experience across government and consulting. He has served as a Tax Officer at the Directorate General of Taxes and has been actively involved in developing tax advisory and business governance services. His experience includes tax administration and analysis, compliance monitoring, tax audits and disputes, internal audit, risk management, business strategy, and corporate compliance.

An accountant and auditor with professional experience since the early 2000s in financial statement audits for local governments, BLUD entities, state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries, as well as financial reporting advisory and assistance. He progressed to Manager at KAP RSM AAJ Associates and later became Senior Manager at KAP Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Rekan. His engagements include audit, quality review, technical supervision, PSAK advisory, and internal audit.

A professional with a background in accounting and public policy and approximately 17 years of experience in functions related to state revenue oversight. His experience covers taxation, customs and excise, complaints and mediation, policy analysis, follow-up monitoring, and policy brief development. He also has experience in public policy and economic research, including tax administration, regional economics, and fiscal policy.
